Residential & Commercial Installers & Servicers
The Residential and Commercial Installers and Servicers (RCIS) program aids unemployed and underemployed Albertans in securing full time employment as an Installer in residential and commercial facilities. Our graduates install and service a wide variety of prefabricated products such as windows, doors, electrical appliances, water heaters, fences, play structures, and septic systems for both residential and commercial properties.
Installers use hand and power tools to measure and mark installation positions; install, repair and service prefabricated interior products including doors, windows, kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, water heaters and household appliances; and exterior products including siding, shutters, awnings, fencing, decks, septic systems, signs and play structures.
