Rebrand: Career & Employment Initiative for Youth
McBride Career Group Inc. offers a program which provides participants with opportunity to improve self-esteem, confidence, hard and soft skills necessary to improve the education/employment potential of youth aged 17-30 years of age. This group based program will provide integrated, coordinated services for youth which incorporate basic living skills, career information and counseling, computer literacy and technical business skills, as well as employability skills to increase work linkages. All activities evolve according to an Individualized Action Plan (IAP).
The Rebrand Program is offered in Edmonton, Calgary, Strathmore, Okotoks, Red Deer and Ponoka.more information
Growth 4 U
Growth 4 U aims to assist underemployed or unemployed adults with disabilities, specifically self-identified mental health barriers (mild to medium), in the Edmonton area to overcome barriers to employment and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to make a successful transition into the labour market or return to school.
Construction Pre-Trades Training (CPT)
The Construction Pre-Trades Program is designed to provide employment preparation and technical training to adults (age 18 and up) for a wide range of employment opportunities in the construction industry. There are 15 weeks of in-class training which includes 10 weeks at NAIT. After training is completed, participants are assisted with a 1 week work experience with a goal of employment in the industrial trades that may lead into apprenticeship.more information

The Child Development Worker (CDW) Program is designed to provide employment preparation and skills training to adults (age 18 and up) for a wide range of employment opportunities in the childcare industry.more information
Winning Edge - Workplace Training
Workplace Training partners with employers who can provide individual-centered programs, on-the-job training, and paid work experience. Participating employers agree to train or provide work experience for a predetermined period of time, with the expectation of the individual being able to engage and maintain employment in most cases with the same employer.more information
